This facility is subject to NM Self Storage Lien Act - State Laws 48-11-1. Failure to pay rent as per the rental agreement may subject the tenant to late fees, loss of access to the contents of the unit, and potential auction of the contents to recover rent due.| All articles stored under a rental agreement which has incurred unpaid charges for thirty days will be sold or otherwise disposed of to pay charges at the end of ninety days. |
